Districts don't buy on a personal credit card. Seat pricing, one invoice, a W-9, and an admin who can add and remove therapists as staffing changes through the year.

Priced against what pediatric therapists already pay.
Positioned against publicly published rates for comparable platforms as of August 2026. Those names and marks belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them, and their prices may have changed since.
- The OT Toolbox Member's Club — $66/year for the download library, $126/year with monthly therapy kits.
- OT Potential Club — $99/year, CEU-led with a strong community.
- SLP Now — $249/year for the closest structural analog in a sister profession: materials library, goal bank, planning tools, community.
- AOTA membership — around $234/year for the Plus+ package.
- CEU platforms (occupationaltherapy.com, MedBridge, Summit) — roughly $129–$270/year.
Essentials sits just above the OT Toolbox's top plan, which is defensible because you get a filtered library plus a tagged goal bank, interventions, and community rather than a download folder — and well below SLP Now, which is the ceiling this market has already proven it will pay. Professional lands in the CEU-platform band, where a therapist's PD budget is already pointed.
Worth considering at launch. A founding-member rate — Essentials at $79/year locked for as long as the membership stays active, capped at the first 500 — buys early revenue and testimonials while the library fills out. Better than a lifetime plan, which permanently commits you to serving someone whose hosting and content costs never stop.
Billing
The practical stuff.
Is there a free trial?
No. The homepage runs the real goal bank and a clickable portal, and members can look around the full portal before committing. No card, no countdown, nothing to cancel.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Account & billing. You keep access through the end of the term you paid for and nothing renews after that.
Do you refund?
Full refund within 30 days of your first payment if the library isn't useful to you — one per person. Charged for a renewal you didn't intend? Tell us within 30 days and we refund it, provided you haven't downloaded material in the new term. Outside those windows, cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current term, except where the law requires otherwise. Full terms.
How does student verification work?
Sign up with a school email, or send a student ID or enrollment confirmation. The rate stays available for 12 months after your graduation date.
Can I switch plans mid-year?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at renewal so you don't lose access you've paid for.
Will this satisfy my payer, district, or auditor?
We can't promise that, and nobody selling reference material honestly can. Documentation requirements vary by payer, state, and employer, and they change. These resources are written to support your clinical reasoning; verifying them against your own requirements is part of your professional judgment. See the clinical disclaimer.
Do I get CEUs?
No. Nothing here is approved continuing education, and no membership earns contact hours or professional development units. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by AOTA, NBCOT, or any licensing board.
Can my employer be invoiced?
Individual plans can be invoiced on request, and team plans are built for purchase orders. A justification letter template is in the member area.
